Ingredients

  • 1 pound Italian Sausage (sweet, hot, or mild)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • 2. Prick sausages with a fork (optional).
  • 3. Arrange sausages on a baking sheet lined with foil (optional).
  • 4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  • 5. Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Notes
