almond butter

vanilla extract
Optional: Honey or maple syrup
Optional: Chia seeds or flax seeds
Optional: Spinach or kale
Optional: Protein powder
Instructions
Gather your ingredients: Measure out all your ingredients.
Combine in blender: Add all ingredients to your blender.
Blend: Blend on low speed, increasing to high until smooth. Scrape down the sides as needed.
Adjust consistency: Add more kefir or water if too thick, or more berries if too thin.
Serve immediately: Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Notes
Use milk kefir or coconut kefir for dairy-free or regular. Add protein powder for a post-workout boost. Freeze for a cool treat.
